THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING SHN FOUNDATION GOLF CLASSIC!
Thanks to over 70 corporate and community partners, a full course closure, and over 50 SHN Frontline Staff, the 2023 SHN Foundation Golf Classic was an amazing success.
Together, we raised over $355,000 for Scarborough Hospitals!
Every year, SHN Foundation’s annual golf tournament has helped raise much-needed support for our community hospitals. With more than $1.4 million raised since 2008, proceeds from the event have helped equip our physicians, nurses and frontline staff with the tools and infrastructure they need to continue delivering exceptional care to the hundreds of thousands of patients we see each year.
Our golfers had an amazing time on the greens, enjoying various on-course activities like closest to the pin, putting contests, and even a unique air-cannon! Players were allowed one drive using the air-cannon, launching the golf ball over 400 yards! It was definitely a crowd favorite!
Our golfers also enjoyed special treats throughout the tournament, such as cool treats from the ice cream truck, a Caesar station, and even Pizza Nova! What better way to spend a beautiful day on the greens!
We want to extend our gratitude to all of our SHN Staff who applied for our giveaway and spent the day on the greens with us as Frontline Foursomes. Our Golf Classic was a huge success thanks to their involvement and support!
